Night Care
For those who need support or reassurance through the night, T & G Homecare Services offers flexible overnight care options. Our qualified carers can provide either waking night care (on duty throughout the night) or sleeping night care (on hand and able to respond if needed). We can also provide 24-hour care for those who require continuous support.
- Waking Night — carer remains awake and on duty throughout the night
- Sleeping Night — carer sleeps at the property and responds when needed

Dementia Care
Caring for someone with dementia requires patience, consistency, and genuine understanding. Our carers are trained to Level 2 in dementia care and have significant experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's Disease, vascular dementia, and other memory conditions. We use calm, reassuring approaches that reduce distress and promote wellbeing — always maintaining the dignity and individuality of each person in our care. We also support family members and loved ones, providing advice and peace of mind at what can be a very challenging time.

For those who need round-the-clock support, our live-in care service provides a fully trained carer who stays with you in your home. Live-in care is an excellent alternative to residential care — allowing you to remain in the home you love, surrounded by your own belongings and familiar surroundings, while receiving continuous professional support. Weekly fees from £2,000 — fees can be negotiated depending on needs and circumstances.

Hospital Discharge Support
Returning home after a hospital stay can be a vulnerable time. T & G Homecare Services can provide prompt, professional care to support your safe return home and recovery — working alongside NHS staff and district nurses to ensure a seamless transition. We can often begin care at short notice to ensure you are not left without support on discharge.
