We have received care for my Mum over the last couple of months and are really pleased with the level of care and professionalism. My mum lives with Dementia and at times can present very challenging behaviour which is always handled in a calm and caring manner. Both of the carers support Mum and Dad on a daily basis — they are reliable, punctual and a ray of sunshine in what is a difficult time for us as a family. I feel blessed that we have found such a great care company who not only provide practical care but emotional support and valuable advice for overall care for Mum.

The care workers have been attentive to the service user's care and medical needs. The service user has complex medical needs and care workers have been diligent in addressing these needs.

I have been using T & G Homecare Services since July 2024. They provide outstanding care for me, always on time. I don't have to worry about who is coming and when — I have my two carers who take turns to see me. They are caring, friendly and helpful.
